Shipping policy

Shipping origin

  • All orders ship from: 1224 Laporte Rd., Waterloo, IA 50702 by Image Pointe.

Carriers, timing, and delivery

  • Carrier: UPS or USPS ground.
  • Processing: Orders will ship within 5 business days of your order.
  • Delivery: Allow 5–7 business days for delivery after shipment.
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships

Shipping cost

  • Flat shipping fee: $7.99 per order for the first item. Additional items beyond the first one will include an additional $2.99 fee per item. This fee includes packaging, handling, and carrier charges.

Packaging and handling and Fulfillment

  • Your order will be produced, picked and packaged by a union worker.

Shipping insurance

  • All items in your order are insured for loss or damage in transit.
  • Shipping insurance does not cover damage or loss that occurs after delivery, normal wear and tear, misuse, or pre-existing defects. If your item is defective, please contact Image Pointe
  • Insurance claims must be submitted after 15 days from the delivery date and not more than 30 days from the order date. To file a claim, contact our support team with your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
